Ronald Gene Long

Ronald Gene Long, 80, of Jewell, Kansas passed away on June 29th at his home. He was born on July 6th, 1945 at home near Cedar, Kansas to Phillip and Hulda Long. He was known throughout the community for being honest, dependable, and hardworking. Most of all he will be missed as a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his sons Jared, Travis (Emily), Aaron (Amber), Adam (Alisha), and John, and grandchildren Ethan, Levi, Henry, Abby, Allie, Eli, and Logan. He is also survived by sisters Joy Hancock, Betty Zade, Sharon Beckley and brothers Tiger Long and Darwin (Crystal) Long, as well as many nieces nephews and friends.
